Getting back to work on her latest project, Kristen Stewart did her best to keep cool in the New Orleans heat as she prepares for scenes for her new film, “On the Road’” on Thursday afternoon (September 2).

According to a GossipCenter source on the scene, the Bella Swan babe left her Big Easy hotel with hunky co-star, Garrett Hedlund, as the pair headed off to rehearsals.

Once arrived on-set, Miss Stewart proceeded to puff on a cigarette and chomp down a banana before sitting down with the crew to go by her lines.

The sighting comes just after Kristen moved out of her shared Bel-Air abode with Robert Pattinson, as a real estate agent told E! Online: “They are no longer renting the home.”

Back to “On the Road”, the Walter Salles directed film is due out in 2011 and is about “a young man sets out to travel the roads and railways of America.”

The highly-anticipated release of “Camp Rock 2” is upon us and, according to its cast members, will be nothing short of a rockin’ hit.

MTV News recently caught up with a few of the “Final Jam” stars, with Matthew Finley telling, “I’m excited for everybody to see the dance numbers and performance numbers. I feel like we worked really hard. There were several genres of music in there. Listening to the soundtrack gets me amped and excited, so I’m ready to see it with action and with the movie.”

Meanwhile, Jasmine Richards added, “There’s a lot of cool, fun songs and dances.”

And one of the show’s stars, Joe Jonas, revealed, “For us, that was really exciting considering for the first one we stuck to about three different sets, and that day probably having 15, 16 different sets, for us, that was really exciting.”

“Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” airs on the Disney Channel later tonight (September 3).
