He’s been dealing with the drama of having a crazy stalker and now Leonardo DiCaprio has been granted a permanent restraining order against Livia Bistriceanu.

The “Catch Me whether You Can” actor previously had a temporary restraining order against the 41-year-old Chicago woman, and today a judge put it into “permanent” status.

that means that Ms. Bistriceanu cannot come within 100 yards of Leo, his home, any place he’s working, or even his car for the next three years.

In the court papers, DiCaprio declared, “I am frightened Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me is in jeopardy.”

“Without a restraining order, I fear that there will not be sufficient law enforcement mechanisms to keep Ms. Bistriceanu away from me, particularly since she (1) apparently maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child Jesus, (2) has recently stated and/or threatened that we will live together ‘forever… in His Kingdom (3) has managed to locate and identify my private residence, and (4) has evidenced a willingness to build physical contact to me regardless of consequences.”Photo Credit: Getty Images
