Neil Patrick Harris, star of the sitcom has described Spears cameo as a ” very interesting role.”

Neil said,  “I was shocked that Madame Spears was willing to come and do some acting! She hasn’t acted in a while. She plays the secretary to another girl that Ted (played by Josh Radnor) is after.”

“It will be very unlike any Britney we have seen before, and we have seen a lot of Britney recently.”

Spears who previously did a cameo as Christian talk show host on a 2006 episode of Will & Grace, will be playing a dermatologist’s receptionist who develops a huge crush on lead stat Josh Radnor.

Harris is equally excited at the prospect of meeting Britney,  “What whether she shows up on set and she is absolutely, totally normal and that whole thing has been a big ruse? She is smoking a cigarette and (says), ‘Oh yes, it is all a big bit. I have a master plan.’ “

Troubles Pop princess Britney Spears is in more trouble these days; she has been receiving packages containing threatening letters and sex toys from an obsessed fan.

Pop wreck Britney has donned a new hat, that of a Dance instructor. On her way to good health (Thanks to her dad Jamie) Britney was seen a instructing a children’s dance class at the Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood.

Britney had checked in to the class last month when she had wrapped her own rehearsals at the studio. And I guess she has enjoyed the experience considering she visited them again twice.

Kids in the dance class are mesmerized by Britney and are very happy to have her as their instructor.

5 year old Elissa Bouganim who attended all the three classes taken by Britney told media,  “I like Britney, Today first we were dancing slow, and next faster and faster … next we did the fish-move and lots of other fun things.”

Elissa plus added,  “Britney is nice, I want to dance with Britney all the instance considering it’s so much fun.”

Elissa who has become a great fan of Britney-The dance instructor, that she additionally gave her a gift during Tuesday’s class. “It was a picture of [Peter Pan’s] Tinker bell, and she gave me a hug,” said Elissa.
