Though doctors have warned her that smoking is the last thing she should be doing, Amy Winehouse seemed happy to disregard the advice earlier today (June 30).

The troubled “Rehab” singer paid a visit to the GP and attempted to open the upstairs window to have a smoke.  When she was unsuccessful, she headed outside to light up, and was promptly greeted by fans seeking photos and autographs.

According to MTV Networks Music President Van Toffler, they may be in the position to invite the “Gimme More” singer back to the stage for the 2008 show. He told press, “Everyone deserves a second chance or third chance, right?”
